Ciber Norge AS took a challenging leap to consultancy in ITIL service. This was a logical step in the wake of the growing need for adoption of ITIL best practices among its client organisations. Further, the organisation bagged 10 ITIL consultancy assignments during the year. This has been achieved by adding new features like COBIT, BS15000 in co-ordination with ITpreneurs. The trend for further success rests on more e-learning and bulk selling.
