How long does it take?

The course is around eight hours long and most people spread it over a month or two. However, the licence gives you a full 12 months. No pressure!

How do I take the ITIL Foundation Exam?

To ensure you know when you are ready for the ITIL Foundation exam, included in the package is an ITIL Foundation exam simulator – each time you use it, it will give you a different set of questions and once you are getting high marks with this, you can start thinking about the real thing.
